Jaw Coupling is mainly composed of aluminum alloy and polyurethane elastomer,which can buffer the vibration during transmission and absorb the impact caused by the uneven speed of the motor,effectively correcting the axial,radial and angular installation deviations.
Our company can provide setscrew jaw coupling,Clamp jaw coupling,ringfeder jaw coupling and other styles,and can process keyways and special hole diameters according to customer requirements.
1.Provide rectangular spline hole processing and involute spline hole processing,following the German standard DIN5480,5482.
2.Taper hole processing,divided into 1:5 taper hole 1:8 taper hole.
3.Keyway hole diameter 5-95mm.
Note:
When selecting a coupling,the first thing to consider is that the rated torque of the coupling needs to be greater than the rated torque of the motor used with the same equipment.
